In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product delivered to you, here is our policy on returns:
- Any Product purchased from us can be returned within 2 days of receipt.
- The Product can only be returned if the seal of the product is not broken, or if our authorised personnel approves of the return after proper evidence is given regarding the bad quality of the product.In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, it is essential that you contact us via email or call and send us the pictures of the damaged product with the Bar Code, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Upon authorization, customer can either opt for exchange or refund. One can choose to get a full refund in form of store credits or get a refund on their original credit or debit card that was used for payment. Such refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the product(s) back.
- Orders once placed can be cancelled within 2 working days or before the shipping of the goods whichever is earlier. Once the order is dispatched, customer cannot cancel the order. The payment done for the cancelled order will be refunded within 7 working days.
